The following are prices for a full body study or a head study with your choice of background.  Full landscape backgrounds are no extra charge.  Prices are for unmatted and unframed portraits.

                                                                        If you would like more than one animal in the portrait

                                                                         there is a charge of $75 per each additional animal.


You will need to send 2-4 photos of your pet(or as many good ones as you can find) and a check

for 50% of the price.  After the portrait is finished, the artist will send you a digital photo for your  consideration. Upon receipt of the balance, the finished portrait will be sent to you and any photos returned.   Satisfaction is guaranteed, and should there be a problem, return the painting and 

the artist will fix it or refund the purchase price  minus a $50 handling fee .





PHOTO TIPS: I always do my best to make each portrait look terrific, but to get a wonderful likeness

of your canine friend good photos are important. Take the photo in natural light if possible.  Have

the dog sit or stand about 10 feet away from you. (If necessary, tie the leash to a post or someone

can hold the dog on a leash.)  Kneel down 10 feet away from the dog and shoot the photo

aiming at the dog’s chest.  Avoid shooting from above the dog since this makes the head and

nose look huge and body tiny.  Try to get a clear shot that shows details, not a blurry one.
